Outcome independence is a concept or mindset where you detach your well-being, happiness, and self-worth from external sources. It's giving less f*cks and letting go of needing things to be a certain way to be happy. It's releasing attachment to "happiness" as a destination you can strive and achieve your way into.
Instead, you focus on the journey, allowing and enjoying the unfolding, and being present for your life today. You do things because you enjoy them, NOT because of what you are trying to achieve or extract from them.
